We are onefeel.eu company.

We operate an e-shop on the website www.onefeel.eu.

For the provision of our services, sale of goods, and operation of our website, we process certain personal data.

The processing of personal data is governed, in particular, by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons concerning the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, "GDPR").

Processing of Personal Data in the Case of Using the Contact Form

If you inquire about our products and services, we will work with your contact details that you provide us, mainly through the inquiry form. These include: name, surname, email address, delivery address, product type.

For What Purpose?

We will contact you through these for further arrangement regarding the goods.

On What Legal Basis?

This processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR - performance of a contract or taking steps prior to entering into a contract at your request.

How Long Will We Process Personal Data?

If we do not establish further cooperation, we will process your data for a maximum of 1 year from our last communication.

Processing of Personal Data in the Case of Purchase

If you make a purchase from us, we will work with the data you provide us. These are mainly billing details: name, surname, address.

For What Purpose?

We need to process personal data to fulfill our contract - deliver our goods to you. We will also communicate with you regarding the status of your order, potential complaints, or your inquiries through the contact details.

Personal data will also be further processed to fulfill our legal obligations (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, as well as for handling complaints and others).

On What Legal Basis Do We Process Personal Data?

This is processing based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR - performance of a contract and Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR - compliance with a legal obligation.

How Long Will We Process Personal Data?

For the duration of our service and then for 10 years from the last provision of such service or delivery of goods.

Newsletters (Commercial Communications)

If you are a purchasing customer and have not prohibited us from doing so during your purchase, we will use your email address to send our newsletters.

On What Legal Basis?

This is allowed by Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on Certain Information Society Services, unless you have prohibited us from doing so during your purchase.

How Long Will We Process Personal Data?

For 10 years from your last purchase. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via email or by contacting us at info@onefeel.eu.

II. Who Will Access the Data?

Your data will remain with us. However, some companies or individuals may have access to the data because they help us operate our e-shop. These include:

Companies involved in goods shipment (Zásilkovna and PPL)

Companies involved in payment processing (Fio Banka and Shoptet)

In our company, we do not have a designated Data Protection Officer.
