When will my package arrive?
We pride ourselves on fast and reliable shipping. Orders received Monday to Friday are shipped within 24 hours. With our trusted carrier, Packeta, you can expect to receive your order as soon as the next day if you order by Thursday at 3 PM. For other carriers, delivery time usually takes 3-4 days.
Can I pick up my order in person?
Absolutely! Just give us a call or text at +420 607 224 750 and we'll arrange a pickup time that works for you. We are based in the Czech Republic in the city of Ostrava.
I paid online and didn't receive confirmation right away?
No worries! Our online payments are automatically processed by FIO Bank. Once your payment is credited to our account, an email confirmation will be sent to you. If you paid over the weekend, you'll receive confirmation on Monday.
Which kratom is the best?
We believe that every kratom strain has something special to offer. If you're new to kratom, we recommend trying our Green Maeng-da strain or White Maeng-da straing. These are the most favourite strains of kratom.
What is kratom made of?
Kratom is a tree that grows in Southeast Asia. Its leaves are harvested, dried, and ground into a fine powder that we sell.
Is your kratom fresh?
Absolutely! We order our kratom at regular intervals to ensure that it's always fresh, fragrant, and high quality.
Where do you source your products?
Our Kanna is sourced straight from the grower in South Africa. We've been importing kratom from Indonesia since 2017, and our CBD comes from the Netherlands. HHCP and other cannabis products are manufactured in Czech Republic.
How should I store my products?
To keep your products fresh, store them at room temperature and away from light.
Is your kratom chemically modified in any way?
Nope! Our kratom is all-natural and free of any harmful chemicals. We can provide you with laboratory test. It is compulsory in our industry to have everything laboratory tested.
